Former New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has married her long-time fiancé, TV personality Clarke Gayford. The couple exchanged vows in a private ceremony on Saturday, January 13, 2024, after an almost five-year engagement.

Ardern looked radiant in a bespoke gown by leading Kiwi designer Juliette Hogan. The A-line dress featured a high neckline, delicate lace appliqués, and a flowing skirt. Gayford opted for a classic black tuxedo.

The couple's wedding was originally scheduled to take place in 2020, but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. They have been together for almost a decade and have one child, Neve Te Aroha.

Ardern served as Prime Minister of New Zealand from 2017 to 2023. She was the country's third female prime minister and the youngest person to hold the position.

Gayford is a television host and personality. He is best known for his work on the show "New Zealand's Got Talent."

The couple's wedding was a private affair, with only close family and friends in attendance. However, they have released a statement expressing their joy and gratitude.

"We are thrilled to finally be married," the statement said. "We have been through so much together, and we are so grateful for the love and support of our family and friends."
